Zita facilitated a board training on understanding the fiduciary duties and effective decision-making for Future Black Female. Zita also co-created a three-year strategic plan for our organization, utilizing an engaging and well-structured online survey, dialogue with leadership, and planning sessions with staff, board, and key stakeholders both within and outside the organization. Zita’s approach was collaborative, robust, cohesive, and impactful. She demonstrated excellent people skills, creating a friendly rapport that fostered an inclusive environment where our staff, board, and stakeholders felt confident sharing their suggestions and input.
